Another Gorgeous Day!

  It's Sunday morning, at about 7:45... i just finished harvesting for a wedding we're having here at the farm today!  Myriad varieties of heirloom tomatoes (of course) for their first course ~ stacked heirloom tomatoes with fresh hand pulled mozzarella.  seriously - is there anything better in this world than a just picked tomato drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with a dash a sea salt?  And today we'll be serving Bear Flag Farm organic olive oil!  In my humble opinion... the best!
  There will also be fabulous peppers from our fields sprinkled throughout the menu.  And for dessert - plum & peach shortcakes!!  I love the unconventional dessert option. No wedding cake - just a feast of delicious fresh fruit from the farm with creme fraiche.  Really.  What more can you ask for?
